Responsibilities

• Represent clients in contested family law matters from commencement through resolution.
• Regularly appear in court for hearings, conferences, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effectively articulate legal concepts through strong verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Prepare cases for hearings and trial through thorough legal research, factual analysis, and strategic planning.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff while utilizing the firm's technology and established systems to efficiently manage cases.
• Take ownership of assigned matters while continuing to develop litigation and trial advocacy skills.
