Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 5+ years of immigration law experience, and demonstrate strong research, writing, and public speaking skills. Bar admission required.

• Draft legal documents and filings for federal offices like USCIS.
• Explain complex immigration concepts to clients and present strategies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and USCIS interviews.

Duties

• Lead by example in immigration law and ethical practice.
