Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Licensed CPA required or active.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience in affordable housing and/or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare audit work papers and adjust trial balances.
• Plan client engagements using effective time management.
• Assemble trial balances and compile financial statements into reports.
• Communicate financial statements clearly to clients and teammates.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and skillfully performing audits
• Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balances
• Utilizing time management to plan and schedule client engagements
• Assembling trial balances and compiling financial statements into a written report to be presented
• Effectively communicating the accuracy of financial statements and other financial information to clients and co‑workers
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients
• Traveling to some client sites

Qualifications

• Developed specialties in Affordable Housing and/or Real Estate
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Master’s degree preferred
• Licensed CPA
• 3‑5 years of experience working for a public accounting firm
• Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants
• Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information
