Job summary

Aprio's Assurance team is looking for a Manager, Assurance Services - Real Estate to join their dynamic group. You will conduct audits and engagements, communicating with partners and clients to align on expectations and status. Travel 15-20% is required, and you will actively market services to grow the practice.

With CPA credentials and accounting expertise, you will lead staff, drive client relationships, and support the real estate segment within our fast-growing advisory network.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience at a public accounting firm.
• Developed specialties in Real Estate, Manufacturing & Distribution, and/or Retail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements.
• Effectively communicating with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, status of engagements and other matters.
• Initiating an active role in marketing firm services resulting in new business.
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Traveling 15-20% of the time.
