Neuberger Specialty Finance seeks a data-driven investment professional to join our fast-growing team in Silicon Valley. You will build cashflow, collateral, and structuring models to inform decisions, conduct relative value analysis, and prepare memos for the investment committee.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree, 1–10 years of experience in structured or private credit, strong Excel skills, and basic coding ability.

Formación

• STEM degree required.
• 1–10 years of experience in structured credit or private credit.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills; fluent in Excel and basic coding languages.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain cashflow, collateral, and structuring models that inform investments.
• Conduct relative value and pricing analysis across ABS/ABF deals and portfolio positions.
• Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
• Track market data, transaction comparables, and deal flow across ABF landscape.
• Partner with legal, risk, operations, and originators through deal execution.
• Contribute to ongoing portfolio surveillance and reporting.
