Job summary

Omnicom Media in Charlotte (and across Chicago, Dallas and New York) seeks a Senior Associate, Outcomes to help deliver guaranteed KPI-driven campaigns across programmatic, search and social. You will support plan execution, optimization and reporting while collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.

The Senior Associate, Outcomes will join a dynamic team within Omnicom Media across our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas and New York locations. The Outcomes team is designed to deliver guaranteed performance against client KPIs for opted-in clients across Omnicom Media's agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day oversight of digital campaigns being activated across programmatic, search, and social platforms ensuring alignment to integrated investment strategies and client objectives
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize outcomes
  • Execute campaign optimizations and ensure campaigns deliver against guaranteed KPIs while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to support media plan execution and ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Support media plan development through data analysis, insights, and performance considerations
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen campaign
  • Develop campaign reporting, including performance analysis, insights, and optimization recommendations aligned to guaranteed KPIs
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communication findings to Managers and broader team
  • Support the creation of client-facing deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and proactively flag risks to ensure consistent delivery against client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Managers and cross-functional teams to delivery integrated, high-quality campaign execution
  • Provide guidance and support to Associates on campaign management, reporting, and pacing to ensure strong execution
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign requirements and organizational standards
  • Develop a strong understanding of product positioning, media strategies, and platform capabilities to performance and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies across campaign management and reporting processes
Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of digital media channels, including programmatic, search, social platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrupt data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing or supporting digital media campaigns within an agency or similar environment
  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and optimization
  • Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of advertising, marketing, and media principles
  • Industry certifications (e.g. Google, Programmatic, Social platforms) are a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • $40,000-$75,000
