About the Value Acceleration Office (VAO) Team

As part of Baker Tilly’s Managed Services offering, the Value Acceleration Office (VAO) team helps clients stabilize financial operations, implement cloud accounting systems, and design scalable processes. We focus on project-based work that sets clients up for long-term success before they transition to recurring service teams.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Senior Associate to support client onboarding and accounting system implementations. This role combines accounting knowledge, project support, and technology to help clients modernize their financial operations and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.

What You’ll Bring

The pay range for this position is $82,500 to $132,700. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
