Recruiting Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounting to support day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for several publicly traded companies.

This role offers exposure to complex investment structures and the full financial reporting lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The position involves preparing US GAAP financial statements and SEC filings, overseeing NAV and reconciliations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge; Big Four experience preferred.
• CPA or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs) and disclosures.
• Oversee fund administrator deliverables, including NAV packages, reconciliations, and portfolio reporting.
• Prepare quarterly disclosures, MD&A, board materials, and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, IR, operations, tax, fund administrators, and auditors to ensure timely reporting.
• Manage cash and position reconciliations, daily cash activity, and month-end/quarter-end closes.
• Support distribution reporting, waterfall calculations, and process-improvement initiatives.
