Senior Associate, Accounting & Finance

Fully Remote + 20% Travel

Salary: 120K to 140K + Bonus

Our client, a rapidly growing Private Equity firm with approximately $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), is looking to enhance their team dynamic. This role will assist portfolio company finance leaders in executing finance initiatives, operational enhancements, and best practices company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Embed the firm’s values in all work.
2. Build relationships with portfolio companies (Portco).
3. Develop strong relationships with Portco finance leaders and collaborate on value creation plans.
4. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
5. Implement governance and reporting standards.
6. Track financial KPIs and performance improvements.
7. Generate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
8. Provide board-level reporting.
9. Support financial due diligence and integration efforts.
10. Maintain communication for alignment and transparency.
11. Provide leadership and functional support to portfolio companies.
