Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Associate in People Advisory in New York. You will drive engagements, structure workstreams, and manage client relationships while guiding junior team members.

As a Senior Associate, you will be a driver of engagement delivery with increasingly strong strategic insight. You will structure workstreams, manage teams, and deliver client-ready outputs while holding mid/senior-level client relationships. Engagements may include topics such as culture and leadership, organizational effectiveness, org design/operating model, talent/skills, and change.

$130,000-150,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
