Job summary

Professional Search by Kingsley Gate is seeking a Senior Associate, Product (Real Estate) for a leading global investments firm in New York. The role supports U.S. private real estate equity and credit product development, positioning, fundraising, and portfolio initiatives.

The position is hybrid in NYC (4 days onsite, 1 work-from-home day). 3–6 years in asset management or related fields is ideal; bachelor's is required; CFA/CAIA or advanced degree is a plus.

Summary

Professional Search by Kingsley Gate is seeking a Senior Associate, Product (Real Estate) opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading global investment management firm. This role will focus on U.S. institutional private real estate equity and credit strategies, supporting product development, positioning, fundraising, and ongoing portfolio initiatives.

Location

New York City (Lower Manhattan) | Hybrid - 4 days onsite with 1 work from home day

Key Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, development, and positioning across private real estate equity and credit offerings.
• Develop investor presentations, pitch books, and product analyses.
• Manage investor and consultant due diligence requests, including DDQs and RFPs.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Partner with investment, distribution, marketing, and other internal teams to execute product initiatives.

Ideal Background

• 3-6 years of experience in asset management, private markets, product management, or investor relations.
• Exposure to private real estate equity and/or credit strategies strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CAIA, or advanced degree a plus.
