Job summary

Atlas Search in the United States, Georgia, Atlanta, is seeking professionals from audit/advisory to gain broader exposure to how companies operate. You’ll move from reviewing to helping execute work directly with clients.

You’ll work on IPO readiness, M&A, carve-outs, technical GAAP, financial reporting, and FP&A, building a broader finance skill set. Join a growing practice with hands-on experience and a path to advisory leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a large public accounting or advisory firm.
• Audit, accounting advisory, transaction accounting, or related consulting experience.
• CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IPO readiness and public company reporting projects.
• Contribute to M&A and transaction-related accounting engagements.
• Support carve-outs, integrations, and complex GAAP matters.
• Participate in financial reporting and controllership projects.
• Support FP&A and broader finance initiatives.

• At least one busy season at the Senior level preferred for auditors
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• CPA or progress toward the CPA strongly preferred
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Someone who is adaptable, ambitious, and wants exposure to different types of work
