What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key business sponsors at client organizations, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, addressing any deviations with internal teams and clients
- Identify client pain points and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to communicate progress and align on expectations
- Manage escalations from clients and coordinate with internal groups to resolve issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in the health plan domain of the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to originate new opportunities within large, complex client organizations
- Deep understanding of selling solutions to healthcare insurance payers
- Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to engage C-level executives in detailed discussions about solutions and transformations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
- Experience in a multicultural, global environment
- Strong sales process and operations skills, including pipeline management and forecasting
