Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Myers, FL to support the Store Manager in daily operations and guest services. The role focuses on driving sales and profitability through staff development, merchandising, and inventory controls.

You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with prior retail or management experience preferred. The position is up to 38 hours per week and offers an extensive benefits package including health

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in store operation.
• Developing staff to maximize sales and profitability.
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.
