Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Marietta, GA is hiring a Sr. Assistant Store Manager to lead a brand-new express tunnel car wash location. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service management experience and a passion for delivering superior service.

You will coach staff, resolve customer questions, and ensure daily site performance. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with bonuses and commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience, service industry preferred.
• Ability to develop/train workforce and drive results through others.
• Proactive in developing strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
• Passion for delivering superior customer service and driving location success.
• Excellent listening, organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills.
• Team player and flexible with scheduling including weekends.
• Computer proficiency and POS system experience.
