Job summary

Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee Guest Services and assist the Store Manager in daily operations. This role focuses on maximizing sales and customer satisfaction through staff development, merchandising and adherence to company policies.

The position requires 18+ years of age, up to 38 hours per week, and prior retail or management experience. Physical duties include standing, walking, ladders use, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
• The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.
• The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and or management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $18.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
