A leading retail company seeks an Assistant Store Manager for their Franklin location. This role involves managing guest services, supporting the store manager, and optimizing store operations. Ideal candidates will have prior retail or management experience and the ability to handle physical demands of the role.
Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands include over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
