The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in various tasks related to the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This position offers up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
