A leading company in retail seeks an Assistant Store Manager responsible for enhancing guest services and supporting overall store operations. Hourly rate ranges from $18.95 to $19.20 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
