A leading retail company, Spencer's & Spirit Halloween, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brownsville, Texas. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This position works up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
