Job Description

You won't just help manage the restaurant, you'll help manage expectations and trust us, guests expect "incredible" every time they come to Chuck E. Cheese. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you'll ensure employees have resources, training, and motivation so "every guest leaves happy." We offer a lot in return for the responsibilities.

Signing bonus: This position is eligible for a $3,000 signing and retention bonus, paid out per CEC guidelines, minus applicable taxes.

Job Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling/support, uphold product quality, cleanliness, and standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach, and motivate staff to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for younger candidates per local law).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least two years of management experience in food service or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Work Environment & Functions

• Ability to lift/carry objects 0-50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, squat during shift.
• Environment includes flashing lights, moving parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions.
