Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring a Senior Assistant Property Manager in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on leading by example, driving leases and ensuring an outstanding resident experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will manage rent collection, tenant tours, and staff mentoring while upholding Bozzuto’s standards and brand integrity. Weekend coverage is required to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and a passion to create engaging content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Sales aptitude.

As a Senior Assistant Property Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto


• Contributing to the achievement of established financial objectives by collecting resident rent, posting rental receipts and managing delinquency


• Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases


• Building brand loyalty and reaching resident retention goals by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive


• Ensuring that the community's interior and exterior are impeccable and the team appropriately represents the Bozzuto brand with a crisp, professional appearance


• Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not present


• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week

What You Bring to Us:

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range

$68,000 - $72,000 USD
