Hope Network in Nunica, MI is seeking a Senior Assistant Program Manager to lead and oversee the AFC program operations, coach Direct Support Professionals and Shift Managers, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services in a secure, supportive environment.

You will collaborate with the Program Manager, manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote independence for program participants. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

The Senior Assistant Program Manager is a key leader within Hope Network’s Residential Services team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of a Specialized Adult Foster Care (AFC) program while providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to Direct Support Professionals and Shift Managers. Working alongside the Program Manager, you will help ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, person-centered care, and a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
