Chuck E. Cheese, operated by CEC Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead a team and ensure guests experience exceptional service at our family-focused restaurant.

You’ll manage staff resources, training, and motivation to deliver consistently high standards while driving results and profitability. The position is full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and an opportunity to participate in earned-wage programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; local age rules may apply.
• High-school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training and communicating guest expectations.
• Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise good business skills in cost control, inventory and labor management.
