Qualifications

• Three or more jury trials; first chair preferred.
• Deposition and discovery experience, including expert discovery.
• Superior writing, research, and editing skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
• Excellent client counseling and supervisory abilities.
• Proven leadership and initiative in assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct attorneys in the Special Federal Litigation Division.
• Supervise Assistant Corporation Counsel on cases through trial and post-trial motions to appeal.
• Serve as trial partner as needed by the Division.
• Lead training, coaching and development of attorneys and staff.
