Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is hiring an Assets & Reliability Engineering Supervisor in Aurora, CO to lead maintenance for an automated distribution center. The role ensures high equipment availability, schedules preventive maintenance, and troubleshoots PLC-controlled systems.

You will oversee a team, coordinate with directors and vendors, and manage maintenance records, parts inventory, and safety compliance in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering or facilities/plant management with startup and troubleshooting experience in automated facilities.
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs, disaster planning, and knowledge of HVAC, chillers, back-up generators, and air handling units.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (Tracer Summit/Delta) preferred; strong problem solving and CAD interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support automated distribution facility operations with maintenance of equipment and MHE systems.
• Schedule and oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair faults in PLC-controlled equipment and conveyance systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage maintenance budget and inventory.
• Develop and manage maintenance records in CMMS/EAM; ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
