Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field (or a Bachelor’s with three years of relevant experience) and familiarity with data visualization and project management tools. Base salary ranges from $109,000 to $126,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative & Computational Finance or related field with 1 year of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders and team members; presenting reports to senior management; prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience with data visualization tools and project management tools (Tableau, JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Quality review of client elections for voluntary corporate actions.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers and agents to resolve event/election issues and instruct elections.
• Approve and oversee daily ad-hoc conversions and warrant subscriptions, validating terms, entitlements and pricing.
• Draft and monitor risk and exposure related to events and ensure timely settlement with DTC controls.
