Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Quantitative & Computational Finance or related field.
• 1 year of experience with Master's or 3 years with Bachelor's in relevant role, plus stakeholder comms & reporting to senior management.
• Proficiency with data visualization and project-management tools (Tableau, JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Quality review of client elections for voluntary corporate actions.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and agents to resolve election issues.
• Approve and oversee daily ad-hoc conversions and warrant subscriptions.
• Validate event terms, entitlements, pricing/ratio accuracy, and DWAC processing controls.
• Manage DWAC execution and controls to ensure accurate security movement and on-time settlement.
• Oversee inventory readiness and ensure correct allocations and eligibility.
• Draft and monitor a weekly loss view for upcoming events and exposures.
• Collaborate with Engineering on system enhancements and testing.
