Job summary

Webull is seeking an Asset Servicing Senior Associate to join our Clearing Operations team in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will oversee settlements, trades, and corporate actions, driving accuracy and regulatory compliance across clearing and asset servicing processes.

You will act as SME for multiple functional areas, translate requirements to technical specs, and partner with Tech to automate daily tasks while maintaining strong controls and error analysis to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 4+ years of experience in brokerage, clearing, settlement, or asset servicing operations.
• Experience in a clearing omnibus or self-clearing environment.
• Understanding of options clearing and OCC processes.
• Knowledge of DTCC settlement and post-trade operations.
• Familiarity with Broadridge, Penson/Apex, FIS or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate operations to procedures and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for functional areas (Trading, Stock Position & Cash, Options).
• Develop and maintain desk procedures, controls, and operating standards.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and partner with Development/Technology.
• Build and enhance omnibus clearing processes, controls, and best practices.
• Act as primary contact for introducing broker-dealer and coordinate resolutions.
• Execute core clearing and asset servicing activities (trade settlement, journals, corporate actions, etc.).
• Analyze errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Technology.
• Support cross-functional initiatives from requirements through production readiness.
