Job summary

Webull is seeking an Associate Director, Clearing Operations at our Global HQ in St. Petersburg, FL. This role will oversee back-office clearing and settlement for retail and institutional businesses, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in broker-dealer clearing, settlement, or operations.
• Active FINRA Series 99 and/or Series 7 and Series 24 licenses or ability to obtain them.
• Experience supporting institutional trade processing including allocations and confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clearing and settlement activities ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Perform DTC settlement functions including Deliver Orders and Receiver Authorized Delivery management.
• Manage settlement exceptions ensuring compliance with SEC rules.
