GSK Zebulon site seeks a Senior Asset Management Engineer to strengthen reliability and maintenance programs, using SAP EAM and data-driven methods to improve asset availability and reduce costs. You will collaborate with site teams, apply digital tools, and drive continuous improvement across calibration, stores, and work management disciplines.

The role emphasizes turning standards into daily operations within a GMP framework, delivering measurable value and cross-site benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience leading facility equipment programs and maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with EAM systems and data integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Master asset reliability standards and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end work management including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Master calibration management processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage engineering stores, spare parts and inventory strategies.
• Engage with site teams and stakeholders to drive improvements across sites.
