Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collection experience.
• Ability to complete full analysis of loans to determine repossession/foreclosure/recovery.
• Strong analytical and research skills with knowledge of lien positions and perfections.

Responsibilities

• Review daily delinquency, repossession, recovery, and loss mitigation queues.
• Contact members and co-makers via telephone, electronic and written correspondence.
• Perform skip-tracing and vendor communications to support recovery efforts.
• Prepare loss mitigation reviews and coordinate with legal for settlements or charge-offs.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on loss mitigation and remarketing.
