  • Partner with law enforcement to conduct complex ORC investigations and robbery incident reviews.
  • Provide detailed case documentation and recommend appropriate actions including prosecution when warranted.

Store Engagement & Support

  • Visit stores regularly to engage with leadership, conduct audits, provide training, and address root causes of shrink and operational non-compliance.
  • Partner with Area Managers to develop localized strategies for loss prevention and policy enforcement.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Store Operations, Real Estate, and Human Resources to enhance security strategies and evaluate potential store sites.

  • Serve as subject matter expert to regional teams, providing consulting, training, and operational support as needed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Capable of working independently and under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied shifts including weekends and overnights
  • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills
