Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset and Material Preservation in Houston to lead preservation programs across assets, inventories, and facilities, ensuring readiness, OEM warranty, and reliable startup.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, Supply Chain, QA, OEMs, and preservation contractors to implement a standardized preservation framework for rapid growth and strong performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of LNG or industrial project experience with asset readiness oversight
• Knowledge of preservation requirements for turbines, rotating equipment, and process plant preservation
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors
• Willingness to travel domestically 20–30%
• In-office with 7AM–4PM hours; overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset and Material Preservation Program across assets, inventory, and installations.
• Establish standards, procedures, storage criteria, and handover requirements.
• Build preservation organization, training, governance, and contractor support for preservation.
• Manage preservation budgets, forecasts, costs, and actions.
• Direct preservation planning, documentation, and reporting through SAP PM, CoConsole, SiteSense, and Coupa.
• Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and suppliers.
• Oversee preservation of rotating, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and other critical equipment.
• Maintain OEM warranty compliance and preservation records.
• Govern contractors and service providers with defined scopes and quality standards.
• Establish and report KPIs for execution and readiness.
• Lead preservation risk management and continuous improvement.
