Job summary

Grant Morgan is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to lead a portfolio of approximately 20 multifamily assets totaling 4,000 units across the Southern United States. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and offers high visibility with mentorship and strategic responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years real estate experience, preferably multifamily and/or asset management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to maximize asset value and investment returns.
• Analyze property and portfolio performance to identify opportunities to improve operations and finances.
• Partner with property management and leasing teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Evaluate capital improvement initiatives, investment opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and key property metrics.
