Job summary

Accenture, a global leader in consulting, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead insights and business change for asset managers. You will guide project teams, drive strategic initiatives, and shape client solutions with a strong emphasis on technology and industry knowledge.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to practice growth, and oversee proposals while leveraging market insights and capitalizing on Accenture’s diverse capabilities across financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry.
• Capable of working independently with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous management consulting and business analysis experience required.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual.
• Knowledge of key industry platforms: SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, Eagle Pace or CRD a plus.
• Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams to deliver valuable insights and design and implement business change across Asset Managers.
• Leading workshops with key client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions across the business and technology.
• Maintaining an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations across the industry.
• Understanding and influencing the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Bringing industry expertise to clients in the form of actionable recommendations.
• Leading business development initiatives, including client proposals and building relationships with Accenture clients.
• Supporting development of the practice via market research, thought capital, and knowledge management.
