Job summary

Perfict Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with Middle Office expertise in asset management. You will challenge processes, analyze requirements, and convert them into well-detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. The role requires hands-on BA delivery and strong Agile experience.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in finance, with at least 5 in the industry focusing on risk and regulatory compliance. CFA preferred. Hybrid onsite in DC area.

Qualifications

• Middle Office expertise across risk domains (credit, market, liquidity, operation, performance).
• Educational background in finance, accounting, commerce or economics.
• Strong business analysis experience with true hands-on delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
• CFA certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Think outside the box to challenge existing processes.
• Analyze requirements and break them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create and refine test plans, strategies, cases, and control sets.
• Design and execute test cases for implementation projects.
