Job summary
Quasset seeks an experienced Senior Asset Integrity & NDT Project Engineer in Houston, TX to lead asset integrity and inspection initiatives within energy and industrial sectors. Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in asset integrity, inspection, NDT or related area.
- Current NDT Level III certification in at least one method (UT/PAUT/TOFD/RT/MT/PT/ET).
- Experience applying NDT techniques in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, pipelines or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of asset integrity, inspection planning, and risk-based inspection approaches.
- Experience leading or owning technical projects from planning to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on asset integrity challenges, inspection strategies, and NDT approaches.
- Own technical projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Translate client needs into practical technical solutions and project plans.
- Assess feasibility of proposed inspection technologies and support qualification/testing.
- Collaborate with clients, technology providers, and field personnel.
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
