Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will assemble electronic and mechanical components, perform functional tests, and document results to ensure product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, reading blueprints, and collaborating with engineering to resolve issues while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role supports our ISC Production operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic or electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools and test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing on assemblies to verify performance and reliability.
• Identify and document defects or issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all assembly and test activities.
