Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly & Test Tech at Level 3 for swing shift in Tempe, AZ. You will assemble and test electronic and electromechanical components, following detailed instructions and blueprints, and ensure product quality and reliability.

Reporting to the ISC Production Supervisor, you will conduct functional and environmental testing, document results, and maintain records while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic or electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools and test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing on assemblies to verify performance and reliability.
• Identify and document defects or issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all assembly and test activities.
