Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Team Member in Alden, NY to perform assembly and inspection across a range of products. You will prepare work per MPI/QWI, operate machines, and ensure quality conformance while documenting processes.

Role requires high school diploma, 3+ years in assembly or related manufacturing in regulated settings, and proficiency with measurement tools and microscopes. Competitive benefits and overtime offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years Integer-related work experience and/or 3-5 years light assembly in a regulated industry.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions; computer proficiency.
• Certification or familiarity with IPC soldering standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Assemble components and perform manual/automatic machine operations.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts for conformance.
• Complete Device History Records and manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow GDP guidance.
• May train other team members and support process improvements.
