Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Operator II to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble products to specifications, inspect components, and work with engineering and production to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading blueprints and operating hand and power tools, with a base pay of $24.00–$26.50 per hour, plus eligible annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Onsite with first shift and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of Lean principles and 5S.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine procedures.
