Job summary

Time To Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Sr Assembly Operator to lead production assembly, operate equipment, ensure quality, and meet output targets. This role supports a broad range of brand activation projects across print, promo, digital, and fabrication.

The position is in Butler, with regular hours Tue–Fri 7:00am–5:30pm. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, disability, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years assembly experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and internet applications.
• Basic mathematical concepts and analytical skills.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Insures outputs are maintained to standards or better.
• Performs direct assembly work as assigned.
• Operates assembly equipment as required.
• Visually inspects production for defects.
• Oversees regular attendance and professionalism.
• Additional duties as assigned
