Job summary

The Sr Assembly Operator at Propelis Group's Collide division leads production assembly, operates equipment, ensures product quality, and meets standard output targets. You will oversee line outputs and directly assemble components as assigned, while maintaining safety and housekeeping on the line.

You must have 2+ years of assembly experience and a HS diploma or GED, with basic MS Office skills and good communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years assembly experience; or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet.
• Basic analytical and planning skills including budgeting and project management.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math concepts.
• Collaborate across the organization and with clients.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude with tools, forklifts, welding equipment, and cutting torch.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Insures outputs are maintained to standards or better.
• Performs direct assembly work as assigned.
• Operates assembly equipment as required.
• Visually inspects production for defects associated with work performed by self or other defects.
• Oversees regular attendance and professionalism.
• Additional duties as assigned
