LTS Lakewood, LLC is seeking an entry-level packaging operator to support manufacturing operations in Lakewood, NJ. You will package materials or products by filling containers from spouts or chutes in accordance with SOPs and Fill and Package Records.

You will maintain a clean work area, follow required safety practices, and ensure adherence to cGMP standards. Training sessions will build your knowledge of GMPs, quality practices, and site procedures.

Qualifications

• 0 years relevant experience and High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must pass a basic skills test.

Responsabilités

• Package materials or products by inserting them into containers or filling containers from spouts or chutes as defined in SOPs.
• Keep equipment and manufacturing area clean during normal operations, at end of shift, and as assigned.
• Report unsafe behavior or practices and recommend safety improvements to Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Ensure cGMP compliance; report non-compliant behavior to Line Leader, QA or Production Supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of cGMP by attending required training sessions.
• Participate in team efforts to improve work environment, product quality, efficiencies, and other beneficial initiatives.
• Follow instructions given by the Supervisor or Group Leader.

• During manufacturing operations, package materials or products by inserting them into containers or filling containers from spouts or chutes as defined in related SOPs, work instructions and the Fill and Package Record.
• Ensure that all equipment and the manufacturing area is kept clean during the course of normal operations, at the end of the shift, and as assigned otherwise.
• In the performance of daily activities, ensure that safe work practices are employed. Report any observations of unsafe behavior or practices immediately and any recommendations for safety improvements to the Line Leader and/or Supervisor.
• Ensure that in the performance of daily activities, that all applicable cGMP are followed. Immediately report to the Line Leader, Quality Assurance or the Production Supervisor any behavior or practice that is not cGMP compliant.
• Maintain knowledge of cGMP by attending required training sessions.
• Participate in team efforts to improve our work environment, product quality, efficiencies, and other initiatives identified as being beneficial to our business.
• Within areas of responsibility, understand and comply with all LTS Lakewood, LLC safety, environmental and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Follow instructions given by the Supervisor or Group Leader
