Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Paving department. Under the Foreman, you will operate several types of construction equipment safely and efficiently at sites across the Midwest.

Required are a valid driver's license with a good driving record; a High School diploma or GED is preferred; CDL is encouraged but not required; candidates must be able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends; and a minimum of 3 years paving experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• CDL is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate several types of related construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Under the direction of the Foreman, contribute to paving operations.
• Read and understand grade stakes and automated machine control displays.
