Qualifications

• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing clients to value engineer parking lot solutions.
• Prepare hand-tailored proposals with sitemaps and photos.
• Take projects from sale to completion while coordinating with the operations team.
• Oversee timelines, capture material quotes and costs, and manage subcontractors.
• Communicate with customers during projects and document issues for the company.
