Job summary

Star3 is seeking an ASOTC Instructor in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The role involves delivering sophisticated instruction for Special Operations Forces, influencing USSOCOM's mission success while preparing forces for complex environments.

Key responsibilities include developing doctrine, executing training exercises, and safeguarding classified materials. The ideal candidate will have over four years of Special Operations experience, excellent communication skills, and a graduate certification from ASOTC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of dedicated Special Operations experience.
• Familiarity with USSOCOM training policies and current course doctrine.
• Ability to maintain high physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and author comprehensive doctrine for Special Forces missions.
• Deliver expert-level instruction to trainees and evaluate them.
• Prepare and execute complex field training exercises (FTX).
• Coordinate and brief military and civilian officials on program status.

Proven skill in TRADOC-approved Systems Approach to Training (SAT)

Education

Graduated from Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC)
