Job summary

A defense contractor is seeking a motivated ASOTC Instructor in Fort Bragg, NC. This role involves delivering expert-level instruction and developing doctrine for Special Forces. Must have at least 4 years of Special Operations experience, communication skills, and physical fitness to navigate challenging environments. Candidates must also be a graduate of the ASOTC. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and evaluate trainees.
• Must maintain a high degree of physical fitness, capable of moving 6 miles through various rough terrain.
• Proven skill in the TRADOC-approved Systems Approach to Training.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and author comprehensive doctrine for Special Forces missions.
• Deliver expert-level instruction to trainees, evaluating and counseling them.
• Prepare and execute complex field training exercises across environments.
