Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a senior planner to be the central expert for ASIC supply continuity planning. You will oversee end-to-end planning, allocation management, forecast translation, and inventory strategy across the ASIC supply chain to ensure hardware is in place at test houses and manufacturing partners.

In this role you will develop executive dashboards and quarterly supply outlooks, support NPI, technology transitions, and EOL planning, and work with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related discipline.
• 2-8+ years of experience in material planning, supply planning, semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, or operations.
• Experience managing semiconductor allocation environments and long lead-time commodities.
• Advanced ERP/MRP and Excel analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and external suppliers.
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required to support supplier engagements, business reviews, manufacturing partners, and strategic planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with planning related assignments.
• Ensure production hardware is delivered to our test houses in the supply chain.
• Track and monitor the flow of material through the outsourced supply chain—wafers, substrates, memory, packaging and test processes.
• Purchase production hardware and ensure prompt delivery to the test houses.
• Develop executive dashboards and quarterly supply outlooks.
• Support new product introductions, technology transitions, EOL management, and business continuity planning.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
